How to make a booking (Church and Hall)
To make a booking or to check availability please email the office ([email protected]). You will be asked to complete and return a Booking Form to secure your booking.
The hall is very popular and used by different groups such as Pilates, Yoga, Playgroups, Parties.
The church can be used by suitable church choirs or qualified organists and other instrumentalists for concerts or recitals of sacred music: indeed, it is already a popular venue for such purposes.

The Hire Rates for a one-off booking are £100 for a minimum of 3 hours. Additional hours are £25 each. Regular groups are charged £25 per hour.
If the hall is left in an unacceptable condition there will be an additional charge.
Payments should be by Bank Transfer. (Account No. 66286646 / Sort Code 52-10-03)
How to gain access
A day or two before your confirmed booking, you will be contacted and given a four-digit code to obtain the front door key from the keysafe (this is situated to the right of the front door). Please make sure all the doors and windows are locked and lights are off when you leave and return the key to the keysafe.
Rubbish/Recycling
Please note that there are no rubbish or recycling facilities at the hall. Please make arrangements to take any rubbish away with you.
Garden
We have a pleasant enclosed garden adjacent to the hall which you are welcome to use.
Facilities
St Alphege's has disabled access, three toilets (one with disabled access) and nappy-changing facilities. We have a fully-fitted kitchen which includes a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, a double oven and a water boiler. We have cutlery and china for approximately 60 people.
The hall is approximately 16m X 6m. There are 35 trestle tables and 100 chairs available for your use.
Licensing
St Alphege's holds a License for Refreshments, Entertainment and the Sale of Alcohol until midnight. (License No. 18/00722/LAPRE). Please inform the Parish Administrator Isabella Lo, who is the licence holder, if you wish to serve alcohol.
